The idea of wanting to sell something as a team was based on our good
camaraderie and enthusiasm for wanting to do something productive and that it would
generate money in this quarantine, but not only that, we did not want to do something that
already seen in our locality, we wanted to change at least the minimum, so
It was when we started wandering the internet to find out about food
that we knew that everyone would like it. We come across various ideas
fresh to sell, some of those ideas were great, but they weren't
products that were going to be sold a lot because people are not
used to it and not many are fans of trying new things, so
after talking it over between the three of us and taking some opinions from close friends
It was easy to come to a conclusion about the desserts, specifically flour desserts.
We knew that it is very typical to see them for sale anywhere, so we thought
in its presentation as an improvement, we did not have much imagination for that
idea, but after a few days we decided together that it would be a good idea to do
donuts with animal decoration, but nothing realistic, we were thinking of something cute.
After a while we discussed the idea again to agree on
how we should carry it out since we did not have the necessary materials
for sale. So we decided to divide the tasks in order to achieve what
necessary without wasting time. We started preparing donuts and in the
process something was wrong, after reviewing the process we found the error and
we managed to finish the donuts, now the difficult thing was to decorate them with the image of some
animal, let's have various problems with it until we find a way to
do it right. We made our first sales, which were a huge success for
a few days later we got together to make another sale, but not this time
we made donuts, we prepared brownies with the same decoration, for that we did not have
no inconvenience, everything was easy and smooth as were the sales, the customers
they were satisfied with the product.
We are currently very happy with the results of our company, and
We hope to continue improving in other aspects of it in order to
offer customers better products and more.
Dobu is the abbreviation of Dobutsu in Japanese, which in Spanish
means Animal. We chose this name because it is cute, attractive, funny, easy to
pronounce and remember, it is also original and unique. We add the word Bakery
which means bakery, which is the concept of our micro-enterprise; and in
combination "Dobu Dobu Bakery" represents our products, since
we will sell desserts with animal designs.
